WARRANTY

There is a one year warranty on all our PROFILO! Premium sunglass custom-made clip-ons that covers anything concerning the clip itself (paint, adjustment, welding, etc.) and not the lenses . There is no warranty on the lenses except manufacturing defects. If there ever is a problem concerning the lenses, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order so that we can authorize the return.

All other changes or modifications made to an order will not be covered by our custom clip-on warranty.

To return for warranty: original clip-on, frame if possible as well as providing the original order number to confirm the guarantee.

RETURNS POLICY & CREDITS

All of our sunglass clip-ons are custom made for the client's frame.  Therefore, unfortunately we cannot offer or provide any CREDIT or EXCHANGE.
